Resulting from many years of being involved in and leading Cruise Ship refurbishment projects globally, we have assembled a highly experienced and skilled team of technicians and craftsmen from all trades. We are able to provide:

In recent years we have been able to leverage these teams to partner with our Cruise Ship Clients to assist with completion projects on their new build and refit projects. This development has seen us being able to close out:

  • Additional Special Projects,

  • Artwork Spread and Installation,

  • Contractor Support,

  • Riding Teams,

 

We are able to engage with our Clients on multi levels of support for what is required by them. This can range from purely provision only of members from our Install Team, for direction by the client, right up to Full Project Management Services, covering Travel, Accommodation, Tooling and Task Scheduling.

By working closely with our clients we have been able to get access to materials inventory and delivery schedules and this allows better understanding and planning of the execution of the tasks. It also generates better visibility for tracking progress and reporting. We can also align fully with our clients processes of reporting progress and flagging blockers.
